According to him, he never even planned to apply again because he’s still waiting for his 2023/2024 school refund despite submitting several letters and even visiting the NELFUND office multiple times.
In his words:
“List upon list, my name been no dey there.”
Eventually, he decided to “try his luck again,” and now he’s hoping this new application finally works.
