AE-FUNAI Post UTME & Direct Entry Form 2025/2026 is Out – Eligibility, Requirements, Registration Guide & Departmental Cut-Off Marks

Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) has officially commenced the sale of its 2025/2026 Post UTME and Direct Entry screening forms for suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into the institution.

Candidates who selected AE-FUNAI as their first-choice institution during the 2025 UTME and scored at least 150 are invited to register for the screening exercise. Candidates who did not initially choose the university can still apply after completing a Change of Institution on the JAMB portal before the registration deadline.

AE-FUNAI 2025/2026 Post UTME Registration Date

Registration begins:

Friday, 18 July 2025

Registration closes:

Friday, 29 August 2025

Applicants are advised to complete their registration before the deadline to avoid missing the admission exercise. 

Who Can Apply?

You are eligible if you:

• Chose AE-FUNAI as your first-choice institution.
• Scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME.
• Possess the required O’Level credits.
• Meet the departmental minimum screening score.
• Direct Entry candidates are also eligible.

Candidates who did not choose AE-FUNAI can still apply after changing their institution/course on the JAMB Portal before 29 August 2025. 

Important Admission Requirements

Candidates applying for:

• Medicine & Surgery
• Nursing Science

must possess their O’Level results in one sitting only.

Applicants should also ensure their O’Level or Direct Entry results are correctly uploaded on JAMB CAPS.

How to Apply

Eligible candidates should:

1. Visit the AE-FUNAI admission portal.
2. Log in using your JAMB Registration Number.
3. Generate your Remita payment invoice.
4. Pay the screening fee.
5. Complete the online application.
6. Upload all required documents.
7. Submit the application.
8. Print your acknowledgement slip.

Candidates Who Did Not Choose AE-FUNAI

Candidates who originally selected another university are still eligible.

However, they must complete a Change of Institution/Course to AE-FUNAI through JAMB before 29 August 2025. This also applies to Direct Entry candidates.

• Meet the subject combination requirements for their chosen programme.
