Admission

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the various Undergraduate Degree Programmes of the Godfrey Okoye University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Available Programmes

  • College of Medicine: Medicine & Surgery, Nursing Sciences
  • Faculty of Arts: English and Literary Studies, History and International Studies, Philosophy, Music, Religious Studies
  • Faculty of Education: Multiple Education disciplines including Biology, Business, Chemistry, English, Guidance and Counselling, and more
  • Faculty of Law: Law
  • Faculty of Management and Social Sciences: Accounting, Business Management, Economics, International Relations, etc.
  • Faculty of Natural Sciences and Environmental Studies: Biochemistry, Computer Science, Architecture, Microbiology, Physics, Mathematics, and others

Basic Admission Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 O’Level credits including English and Mathematics
  • JAMB score requirements vary by course (e.g. Medicine & Law – 200, Nursing – 180, Computer Science – 160, Education – 130)
  • Change of Institution to Godfrey Okoye University is required if it was not initially selected
  • Possession of JAMB Admission Letter is mandatory

Payment of Fees

For Nursing, Medicine & Law, tuition payment should be made only after clearance via email from the university. For other faculties, payment can proceed after admission offer.
